About Emma

Having been in the fitness industry for many years both training competitively and coaching, Emma has grown into an educated coach with plenty of experience as a group and personal trainer. Her main goal is to bring out the best in people and improve their relationship with fitness through her authentic approach. Emma has grown up playing sport at a very high level, even having represented Australia on the global stage in water polo.

She understands the commitment needed to achieve goals and aims to pass on her knowledge to those who attend her packed classes. One of Emma’s main goals is to help people overcome their gym anxiety and spark their love for fitness through her comforting, “give it a go” style of coaching, helping them become the most confident versions of themselves.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is to help elevate people. I want to help them level up in as many ways as I can, whether that be their physical health, mental health or both. I want to guide them out of their comfort zone and continuously challenge them to become better every single day.

What does fitness and wellness mean to Emma?

To me, fitness and wellness are two different things that work in unison. Fitness is about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to become strong and resilient both mentally and physically. It is about forming habits and creating discipline in order to achieve your goals. Wellness is about finding balance in life through fitness, nutrition, mental and emotional wellbeing. Both are extremely important to live a happy and healthy life!

3 fun facts

1. I absolutely love to travel and I have been to 32 different countries so far

2. I once played 4 different sports all for NSW at the same time and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to pursue so I picked the only one which was a team sport in the Olympics at the time (water polo).

3. I am ambidextrous!
